Platinum Dead Sea salt is blended with Mexican Jalapeno chili peppers and hot green pepper. This is definitely a favourite for subtle or adventurous cooks. The salt has been harvested from the lowest stratum of the evaporation pool. It then goes through an enhanced hand cleaning process 3 times more than 424 salt for a rich deep flavour.
